The Long Thanh Golf Club has been constructed on a plateau, offering Superb panoramic views in every direction.

The branch of the Dong Nai River links Vung Tau seaport to Ho Chi Minh City and it is possible for  Residents, Members and Guests to travel to the Estate by boat.

Currently, the total size of the project is over 350 hectares, of which about 100 hectares are situated on a hillside with the remainder surrounded by rice paddy fields and the Dong Nai river. The planned club has 72 holes of which 36 holes have been completed. In order to satisfy the needs for a comfortable life-style for people working in the local Industrial Parks, or for those tired of the noise from the City center, a new development of 1000 luxury villas and town houses are under construction.
